People with a strong dialect?

Is anyone here... Due to my parents, going to college in another region, and being purely from the Gyeongsang province = I'm someone whose dialect seems strong but not really. However, when I get excited (e.g., watching baseball, driving, etc.) or angry, my dialect really explodes. I can't hide my accent, but it's not that severe (though I often realize words I use are dialectal while watching Shorts, etc.)... But people from Seoul told me it sounds severe...? What's it like for people with a really strong dialect? I've heard that conversations can become completely filled with question marks... Is that really true..?
