[Review] I've Started Playing Mahjong Soul...
Wanted to see how posts come out, so I took a bunch of screenshots... but you can't select a game and take screenshots at the same time... Ah... that's a real bummer... if it's like this... ใ ใ Anyway, I'm playing friendly matches against "Very Easy" AI, and I'm getting crushed hard. Why can't I win? It's like everything I learned from the tutorial just vanishes from my mind. Even though it shows me options like "Bangya," "Ronya," "Ping?" and stuff... I have no idea what any of it means ใ ใ I'm playing against "Easy" AI because I'd be too embarrassed to lose against real people, but I'm getting absolutely destroyed. Do I need to properly re-learn how to play the game? It's just too difficult... The character illustrations are really lovely and pretty... but it's a bit disappointing that you only see hands during gameplay... I've only just started, so I'm holding onto the tiniest sliver of hope that my skills will improve... Engaged in a soul-crushing battle with the AI...

You've started Mahjong! :D The terminology is indeed tough.. It's super cute watching you battle the AI! You'll get the hang of it quickly, so hang in there!

Oh, Mahjong... I don't really know the rules either. In Detective Conan, which I used to watch, the famous detective ditches work every day to go play Mahjong, haha.. !!

Mahjong seems too difficult to even start because the terminology is so complex..๐ฅฒ

Until you get used to the different types of hands, I recommend playing purely with Riichi (ใชใผใ) without calling Chii (ใใผ), Pon (ใใณ), or Kan (ใซใณ).

Chi (when you have 12 and the opponent discards a 3, and you take it to make 123) Pong (when you have 11 and the opponent discards a 1 of the same suit, and you take it to make 111) Ron (when you already have 111 to complete a meld, but someone else discards a 1 of the same suit, or you draw a 1 of the same suit on your turn, and you call it to prevent others from taking it) And there are these. Ichihime is a cat, so she adds 'nya' to the end of every sentence, calling them Chinya, Pongnya, and Kangnya.
