Seriously, why are there two identical workers

and they pile all the work onto me? My tasks: Going back and forth to the main building to pick up mail for 3 weeks every month. Wiping and tidying classroom desks. Organizing snacks when they arrive. His tasks: Seminar attendance processing. Watching YouTube. But he's a precious~ student council member, so he's always busy, right? He dumped the seminar attendance processing on me for two years straight. I got so fed up I said my laptop broke and I couldn't do it, and only then did he reluctantly take over the task. Sometimes when he goes to pick up mail, he comes in 30 minutes to an hour late, saying 'I was late because I was picking up mail!' But when I'm 5 minutes late because I was picking up mail, he says I have no sense of time and 'worries' about me in a backhanded way. I'm going crazy from the stress. When I barely manage to finish everything that's piled on me and pass it to him, he's like, 'Oh, you're so sensitive? You're making such a fuss!' This isn't even a real job, it's just a scholarship work-study program! We're college students, is it normal to be treated like we're in a company, constantly walking on eggshells?
