Is this performance assessment for real?

For my barista performance assessment, I did a bunny latte art, but I forgot my etching pen and got 5 points deducted during the preparation phase. I forgot something in the last assessment too and lost 5 points, and now this again. I even took 15 seconds after finishing to check if I forgot anything, but I still didn't think of it. I did the process well and both bunny lattes came out perfectly, but it's f***ing humiliating that it's not my effort and skill that are inversely proportional, but my memory and my abilities. Whatever.
