Sending You Away - Yoon Do Hyun Band (YB)

This is a track from the 1st album of Yoon Do Hyun Band, one of Korea's popular rock bands, and it's a song filled with a sorrowful story, [Sending You Away]. Many people know this song as a typical breakup song between lovers, but it was actually written based on the true story of a woman who had to say goodbye to her boyfriend who died under mysterious circumstances in the military (The late Private Heo Won-geun incident in 1984). The cloudy sky somehow felt like the country where you live, So I couldn't even close the windows And I lingered around all day. Leaving you behind at the edges of the distant mountains, As I turn away, time tells me to let go, But why couldn't I hold onto your voice, which sounds like you, And say we should go together?
