Kuroo, from now on, make sure to back up the same files onto a USB or external hard drive, two or three copies. Also, for computers or laptops, I recommend partitioning them. Most importantly, save your important files on the D drive instead of the C drive, as they might not touch the D drive if you have to format. I hope the one you sent to the repair shop returns safely without any issues. 🍀🧧
