Can you comfort me about a very personal issue?

My child has been reported as a perpetrator of school violence. It's my child and 3 other kids. The reason is absurd. Four kids were eating lunch in the cafeteria and talking amongst themselves. Then one of them said, "Be quiet and sit down," and another kid from the same group repeated it and they all laughed. But a student somewhere in the cafeteria overheard this while eating. Now, my child and the other three kids, and the student who reported them, were all in the same class last year, and the reporting student was the class president. Apparently, that student often used to say, "Be quiet and sit down. How dare you ignore the class president?" (In fact, they even said to the homeroom teacher last year, when the teacher tried to intervene while the student was talking (like when the kids were a bit noisy during a creative activity class and the student said "be quiet," and the teacher said something like "it's okay, leave them be..." ), the student apparently said to the teacher, "How dare you ignore what the class president is saying?" and most of the students heard this.)
