Let me introduce the manga 'Paripi Koumei'

The Kongming featured here is indeed the same Kongming from the Romance of the Three Kingdoms. If you like the Three Kingdoms, you'll probably find this even more enjoyable as it's heavily related. Zhuge Liang, who died of old age in the past, appears in the present day due to some unknown reason and is helped by a girl named Eiko. He helps Eiko, the other protagonist of this work, in her efforts to become a singer, and it's a story about them living together through various connections to achieve Eiko's dream.
