How to Sit with Good Posture
Most people, when told to sit up straight, tend to arch their backs like a bow and stick out their chests. However, after about 5 minutes, their lower back starts to hurt, and they often return to a slouching posture. This is because you're sitting incorrectly, leading to back pain. Good posture isn't about arching your back or sticking out your chest. Instead, imagine extending your upper body upwards, as if you're lifting it. Think about pushing your pelvis forward and extending your upper body upwards. This way, your lower back won't be strained, and your shoulders will naturally open up. This is the correct way to sit with good posture. You should be straightening your upper back, not your lower back.

Wow, my back used to hurt all the time from sitting with it bent. Thanks for the great tip!
