Why am I so tired when I've just been at home?

I don't know why I'm so tired today when I barely did anything. I slept in a bit, ate, watched YouTube, had lunch, lay down for a bit, and then suddenly it was evening. I didn't even go out, I was home almost all day, so why does my body feel more tired than on a workday lol I would have felt less regret if I had exercised at some point, but I didn't even do that. It was just a day of going back and forth between the bed and the sofa. I wonder if I should just be satisfied with sleeping well if it's going to be like this. But I feel like tomorrow I'll regret not doing anything today. People's hearts are so fickle lol

Being tired without doing anything is the most tiring thing. I struggled all week too, so let's make sure to rest well today without any regrets!

SSSSSSSSSS

Scientific Reasons Why You Feel Tired Even When Doing Nothing Disruption of Circadian Rhythms (Oversleeping): Sleeping in on weekends or days off can disrupt your usual biological clock. This hinders the proper secretion of hormones needed to energize you during the day, leading to a groggy state all day long. Reduced Physical Activity and Poor Blood Circulation: When you don't move your body and just lie in bed or on the sofa, your blood circulation slows down. Muscles don't receive adequate oxygen and nutrients, making your body feel heavier and more sluggish. Decreased Brain Arousal (Boredom and Watching YouTube): If you repeatedly watch YouTube or lie down without any particular stimulation, your brain perceives it not as 'rest time' but as a 'standby mode.' This reduces the secretion of energizing hormones like dopamine and serotonin, making you feel more lethargic.
