What if a car has been parked in the same spot for days? 🤔

My apartment building has a bit of a unique structure. The first floor is the lobby, but the path to the main road from there is a steep downhill slope. There's another elevator that leads to the main road from B1 (basement level 1), where the parking lot is. My family usually gets off at the basement level 1. There's a car that's always parked in the same spot, just a minute's walk away. For the first few days, I thought, 'This car is always here...', but it seems like that car has been there for at least over a month now 😥 There's a thick layer of dust and no signs of it having moved. Nowadays, many households have multiple cars, but there are also many single-person households, so I'm a little worried if something might have happened 😢 I haven't had the time to check if there's a contact number on it due to my busy daily life. Still, should I check to see if everything is okay? Or is it just unnecessary meddling?
