Restaurant Food Reuse
There are some restaurant foods that can be reused, but many people don't know about it. Uncooked vegetables like lettuce and peppers served at the table can be reused if they haven't been eaten, but I've seen quite a few arguments at barbecue restaurants because people don't know this. I'm writing this in case even floor staff didn't know, so you can be informed now. What can be reused: 1. Vegetables and whole fruits that are still in their original form (peel intact, not cut, but can be washed). 2. Dried processed foods (nuts like peanuts, bread, etc.). 3. Foods served in containers where you can take portions yourself (like kimchi pots or condiments at noodle restaurants). For case 3, if it's already been portioned out and served, it's not possible (e.g., condiments served in small separate dishes). Anything else cannot be reused, so you can just avoid those restaurants if you encounter them haha.

That's right. I heard lettuce, perilla leaves, and peppers can be reused. Surprisingly, a lot of people don't know that.

That's right. Especially lettuce. I've heard some people deliberately soak it in soup or stew so it can't be reused.
