My mom and dad went out today, so I thought it was the perfect time to take out the hairtail I had left from before. I checked the freezer and found another bag with 5 hairtails in it. I thawed it and wiped off the moisture. I cut open the belly, washed it under running water to remove the insides, put oil in the pan, and grilled it while ventilating. The dorsal fin was already cut off, so I ate it and it was crispy. I grilled it like that and it tasted delicious. Then I did the dishes and cleaned up.
