Tongue Bumps

I suddenly got a canker sore on my tongue this morning and it hurt so much all day😢 It kept touching things and hurting whenever I did anything, and it was so annoying when I talked 😭😭 I kept thinking about it at school, so I was touching it with my tongue and lightly biting it with my teeth during the exam lolll But then, without thinking, I touched it with my teeth and suddenly the canker sore just fell off?! It was like a round, transparent little ball🫨 Do canker sores normally fall off like this?? lolll🤣🤣 I thought canker sores just went away naturally after a few days of pain, so I was so taken aback when it just fell off as a whole piece lolll What's even weirder is that it stopped hurting completely after it fell off, I have no idea what kind of experience this is😅 Has anyone else had their canker sore just 'pop' off like mine did lolll
