Seriously though, the penalty is f–ing ridiculous
No, it's been a month since I got the penalty, but they're giving me like 80 gems for an hour of play when I used to get 1 gem? ㅋㅋ I'm speechless. I contacted support but just got canned responses ^~~ This is really making me lose interest. They don't tell me the criteria for the penalty or how long it lasts. Even when I got the penalty, I was wondering why I was only getting 1 gem per hour? They don't explain anything. I honestly don't even know why I got the penalty, but even playing hard doesn't seem to lift it ㅋㅋ

They say you can't just play one game. I think it unlocked in less than two weeks because I was playing 7 games a day. Now, when I have to step away from the game, I don't put it in my bag or anything anymore😢

They really don't unlock it, and I know everything, but it's annoying that they just keep repeating the same thing like a parrot when I inquire.. haha. Just download a new game, play it diligently, and make sure to access the game through PlayOn when you log in.. then they'll eventually unlock it for you..

I stopped playing with gems a long time ago and mostly get gems from treasure quests or community events. Then there are about 1-2 days a month when the penalty is lifted, and on those days, I chug down gem plus potions or 5-gem potions and play games where I don't use many gems ㅎㅎ
