If other tiles are blocking it, you might not be able to select it, so you need to think about which tiles to remove first. As you remove tiles, new ones are revealed, creating new matching opportunities. Each stage has a different tile layout, offering the fun of solving various puzzles, and the sense of accomplishment after clearing difficult stages is quite rewarding.
