TNT spawned~ and it was a bug~~

Hello! Today, my friend and I were playing Minecraft Bedrock Edition and ended up in the Nether. Suddenly, the Nether portals kept multiplying, and then ignited TNT suddenly spawned in front of us, blocking our progress. We ended up quitting the game. If anyone knows what kind of bug this is, I would be really grateful!
