Recommending a Unit Creator Site

Anyone playing Clash of Clans know of a site like this? I've known about this site for about 10 years now. Aren't there things like that for just Clash Royale or just Brawl Stars, or even among Supercell games? Those would be fine too, or it would be great to imagine a character from a completely different company's game being in Clash of Clans and write up unit info. Or, it might be fun to imagine a real person entering Clash of Clans and write up a profile. https://clashofclanstroopcreator.com/
