What's the best resolution and frame rate?

I'm currently using a Galaxy Tab S11 or something, and I have the graphics set to low, medium, or high 0, and frame rate and graphics quality set to high, but I'm experiencing some lag. What do you guys usually do?

Graphics Quality: Low Frame Settings: High (or max if available) High-Quality Mode: Off This is the standard setup. Unless you're using an iPad Pro, it's better to lower the graphics quality. I use these settings even on my iPhone 14 Pro Max.
