Chewy Pork Belly Cut
Yesterday, I ate a cut of pork called 'kkodeulsal' (chewy pork belly cut). It's a meat with less fat and a great texture. I enjoyed it with doenjang-jjigae (fermented soybean paste stew) and yukhoe (beef tartare). Of course, I grilled some kimchi with it too. Grilling갓김치 (gat-kimchi, young radish greens kimchi) was also a special treat.

I've never heard of 'kkodeul-sal' (chewy pork neck meat) before. Is it a special cut? It looks delicious.
