As expected, it only increased a tiny bit. I really grinded hard yesterday, so I guess I shouldn't have expected much. I'll just take it easy today. It seems unlikely I'll recover 30,000 anyway. I don't know why it dropped from 30,000 to 12,000 and then plummeted consecutively, but I'll just have to be satisfied with 10,000.

Oh, you're active in the 'Free' section. You shouldn't use 'Free' anymore. I heard that if you post in 'Free', your benefits will only decrease. PlayO changed it to boost board activity. Another reason is that posting too many comments or short posts actually reduces your benefits. There are many 'Free' boards available, so it would be better to be active there.
