Had a beef tripe party at home yesterday~♡
The pictures didn't turn out that great, but I grilled and ate as much beef tripe as I wanted at home!! I paired it with scallion kimchi instead of green onion kimchi, and it was incredibly delicious in its own way🤤

I never really thought about grilling intestines at home, but it's possible haha. After some thought about grilling pork belly at home too ㅋㅋ Eating comfortably at home would make it twice as delicious.
