Introducing a great restaurant I visited yesterday.
It's a barbecue place called Chultukjip, and I found out it's a chain. At first, I went out of curiosity because it opened near my house, but the meat was better than I expected, so I've been going there often. They have about 4 types of meat, and among them, I've only tried the thinly sliced Chultuk Samgyeopsal and the regular fresh Samgyeopsal. I recommend the Chultuk Samgyeopsal for a quick meal, and the regular Samgyeopsal otherwise. This picture is of the fresh Samgyeopsal; the meat was so tender that it was easy for the kids to eat~ They also serve side dishes like seasoned bean sprouts, green onion kimchi, and seasoned bracken, which are great to grill on the pan. The steamed egg side dish was also better than at other places~ . Especially when my son wants to go out for meat, he only mentions Chultukjip, so we go there often haha;

Wow~ The meat looks so golden brown! Grilled kimchi and pork belly, that sounds delicious! Can I have a bite too!

I ate too much pork belly yesterday, so I'm not really craving it right now, but the picture looks great lol It's a shame to only grill kimchi with pork belly~ It's perfect if you have ferns and bean sprouts too lol

I think the most basic option is usually the tastiest. I should grill some pork belly soon too.

Whoa!! I've been going to Cheolttukjip for over 20 years, and it suddenly became a chain, haha. I know the original one lol. Their frozen pork belly with green onion salad is the best!!
