Saw Monkfish Stew, so I'm introducing Agari Bulgogi.
Seeing the monkfish stew below reminded me of a dish I had before, so I'm introducing it. It's called Agari Bulgogi, and that red part is the monkfish's mouth, seasoned and made into Agari Bulgogi. (Probably the only one in the country lol) The chewy monkfish meat combined with the incredibly flavorful seasoning is just delicious~ When eating, I wear vinyl gloves and eat it like chicken feet, but you have to be careful of the monkfish teeth. If you try to eat it like ribs, you'll break your teeth... lol It's a restaurant in Changwon, so I can't go often. I went once early this year and again a few months ago on a business trip~ If I lived in Seoul, I'd go once a month! It gained more fame after appearing on "Jeon Hyun-moo's Plan," so if you plan to visit, I recommend going for an early dinner as Agari Bulgogi can sell out.

I've never heard of that kind of Bulgogi before. It looks like it would have a strong flavor from the pictures. Enjoy your meal!

Whoa!! Seeing my monkfish stew and you're introducing it, I'm reading even more carefully lololol It seems like a dish made from the monkfish's mouth(?) lololol parts, similar to codfish ball stew!! It looks like it has more of the actual snout partใ ใ ใ than the ball stew haha I've never even heard of this name before haha Monkfish teeth are really sharp, I really need to be careful. Is that monkfish clear soup next to it? I really love that too, the white monkfish soup ใ ใ
