I had aged sashimi at an izakaya I visited yesterday. The staff explained the names in order, but I always forget a few after eating ๐ ๐ ๐ Each bite was with delicious Cheongju.

Wow, you even had monkfish liver! You really treated yourself. I totally relate to forgetting things easily after hearing explanations. Monkfish liver with aged sashimi and a glass of Cheongju, I'm so jealous!
