Seriously, I was so baffled...

It was around 4 PM, I think... My husband, who had to come to work on a holiday for his job, asked me to make some jeon (pancakes), so I was just making some simple ones with pumpkin, potatoes, and cabbage I had at home... Then, sirens started blaring and an announcement came on saying there was a fire in the apartment complex. It wasn't a person's voice, but a mechanical one. I was so surprised and looked outside, and it was so peaceful. No fire trucks, nothing... I called the security office, and they said they didn't know and told me to call the management office. So I did. I wondered if anyone would be there on a holiday, but I figured someone must be on duty. But of course... no answer. Should I call 119 (the emergency number)? What should I do... I called the security office again, and they said it was a system error... Ah... seriously... But they said the sirens were still going off. They said they sent someone over and fixed it. I told them no, the sound was still going off... They said they'd look into it... Sigh... We had quite a commotion on a holiday. Fortunately, everything turned out fine...🤣🤣🤣
