Spicy Food
Can everyone handle spicy food well? ๐ถ๏ธ I really want to be able to eat spicy food, but I'm a natural lightweight when it comes to spice, so I'm so sad ๐ญ I find it really amazing and envy people who can eat Buldak ramen without any issues.. I do like Buldak, but when I try to eat it, I think 'Maybe today will be okay' and challenge myself, only to struggle after a few bites because it's too spicy ใ ใ ใ ใ It definitely tastes good, but the spiciness is too intense, so I hesitate to reach for it ๐ฅบ However, Carbo Buldak is somewhat edible, so I eat it occasionally ๐ It definitely feels less spicy than regular Buldak, so it's practically a savior for spice-lightweights like me ๐คฃ๐คฃ I'm curious how people who can eat really spicy food do it ๐ค๐ค Does your tolerance increase as you get used to the spiciness? Or are there just many people who can handle it naturally? My whole family can't handle spicy food very well, so I guess I'm the best at eating it among my family, but it really seems like genetics play a big role ๐ซจ I can't even hold my own in front of other people ๐

I totally get wanting to eat spicy food even when your tolerance isn't quite there. Carbonara Buldak is a stroke of genius! Be careful, Bok-i, don't push yourself too hard and hurt your stomach.

I think I can handle spicy food pretty well! But I mostly only eat the Carbo Buldak. Honestly, I don't think regular Buldak tastes particularly good. ๐ซค It doesn't have a special flavor and isn't really tasty. But when I eat the Carbo version, it feels like healing, allowing me to enjoy it deliciously. Anyway, don't force yourself to eat food you don't like, and since spicy food isn't exactly great for your health, I hope you eat just enough to enjoy it and have a healthy meal. ๐ถ๐ซ๏ธ๐ถ๐ซ๏ธ

I couldn't eat it at first either. Just smelling spicy food made me hiccup... They say women's tastes change during pregnancy, and when I was pregnant with my fourth daughter, I had cravings for spicy food. I lived on chili peppers then, and I still do 14 years later.
