Management changing every 6 months, what are you going to do... It must be exhausting when work piles up every time someone new comes in. You're going through so much. I really hope today goes by without any issues.

If people are swapped out that often, I wonder if there's a problem. Or maybe it's just a transition period. If it really doesn't feel right, just enduring it isn't always the answer. haha 👍
