Only got 57 gems after 7 hours
Does anyone know why this is happening? Party gems aren't increasing either. Last week, I did about this much and got over 1000 gems for sure, but today I'm not even getting 100.

I didn't pay close attention, so I didn't know, 7 hours and 57 gems!!! Isn't this a bit too much? It doesn't even cover the battery charging cost.

Could it be that the 1 gem penalty is applied? ㅠㅠ

That's because you left the game running and idle. You need to install a new game and play it diligently to resolve it. If you keep leaving it idle, the penalty will be extended for a week.
