If you have Wangrpin and are a bit experienced, use Vivishrine a3. If you're still a newbie, use Ui.

If you're still a newbie, pick Ui. If you have the resources to raise Bibi to A3, then go for it and use her forever.

Most people recommend Bibi. If you can get and raise a lot of Bibis, it's really great, so I recommend Bibi. Otherwise, it's good to raise Ui. I'm trying to raise Bibi, but I keep failing the gacha pulls. I'm pretty much ruined.
