Penalty
If you receive a penalty, doesn't the amount you receive over time always become 1 gem? Does that also reduce the amount of gems you get from Time Quests?

The Time Quest gems are separate, so don't worry, the gems you receive won't decrease 👍🏻

Quest gems in exploration quests are not affected, but exploration quests also standardize game time measurement to 1 gem!
