Wasn't fun at first, but...
I kept logging in for the time quests, and after my stats built up a bit and I got a legendary item, I've been on a roll. Having a legendary seems to make a big difference; without one, the content's entry barrier is just too high.

If you don't have Legend, it does get tough to break through later on. It's fun at first, but it gets really hard later.
