Jinilja and Heelbeop Evaluation
First off, I want to preface this by saying that the two new cards released this time haven't been fully researched in the top tiers yet, so this is 100% my subjective evaluation. Jinilja fires a pulse every 6 seconds that lowers the level of opponents within a 6-tile radius by 1. I think this is good because if opponents' ranged units like Musketeers or Wizards have their level lowered by 1, they can be taken out in one Fireball. Even if that's not the case, since the opponent's units have their levels lowered by 2-3 levels, it becomes easy to defend against counter-attacks, making it a unit that's easy to gain defensive advantages with, in my opinion. Next is Heelbeop. When Heelbeop uses its 2-cost skill, it deals 696 damage to 2 enemy units each for 3 seconds. Also, for 3 seconds, enemy units can't move, right? Personally, considering how good the previously released "Healbeop" was, I don't think this one is that great. Conclusion: Supercell actually seems to have balanced things for once.
