I have to log in every hour

The energy doesn't refill automatically. Instead, after waiting an hour, it gives about 85 energy at the bottom, and I have to press it to enter. Also, hidden quests aren't completed automatically, so I had to contact support 5 times for level 5. ㅠㅠ They said it wasn't done, but when I checked near the end of the hidden quest, it was completed, so I barely got the gems.
