Can the things I've done be undone?

I feel like there'll be nothing left after regretting everything. So I'm trying not to regret... But it keeps coming to mind, over and over.. I thought starting anew would be exciting and joyful, but I'm scared and afraid.. I hope we can gather words and feelings that will give strength not just for simple comfort, but for everyone starting over!!
