All flying enemies are now my prey

I've successfully evolved Windy to stage 4. Surprisingly, it's wearing clothes this time compared to stage 3(?) Here are the main changes and specs for the stage 4 evolution: 1. Stat Change: Increased from 'Super Damage' (4x) to 'Extreme Damage' (5-6x). 2. Range Increase: Range increased from 450 to 510. 3. Cast Time Reduction: Attack cast time reduced to 1.7 seconds. Or so I've heard. Now I can deal over 900,000 burst damage to flying enemies, so no flying enemy will be able to stop me(?)
