Seriously, what did I even do to deserve this?

All I did was warn people in world chat about scammers, so why am I the one getting in trouble instead of the actual scammers and troublemakers who are just left alone.... (Even if you report them, the GMs never take action) This is a game run by a Korean company, so why is the management so subpar, like some generic Chinese mobile game... I've spent quite a bit of money because I enjoyed it, but now I'm really feeling the burnout.
