Seriously, Minecraft is acting weird lately (Bedrock)

Suddenly, it keeps saying that more than one resource pack or behavior pack isn't applied, with red text every time I open the chat. I'm playing on a solo server so I didn't pay much attention, but commands aren't working, so I can't use night vision. They won't even type at all. Simple commands and even longer ones don't work. Does anyone know how to fix this? I really need help ASAP. ChatGPT's responses are useless because they're too generic.
