Except for grabbing a few easy-to-make intermediate rewards, the final rewards aren't that appealing, and if you haven't saved up resources, many quests are hard to complete for free-to-play players. Quests that give points for merging and submitting existing quest items, which you then collect, are the best. 3. Events start at 9 AM and when you log in during the evening (estimated to be after a certain time has passed since your last login). Mornings have a 100% event rate, while evenings have a chance of events popping up. If possible, I recommend submitting items in bulk when an event is active. If you log in during the evening and there's no event, I suggest just crafting the quest items and waiting until 9 AM the next day to submit them with the event bonus.
