My friend lives nearby but we can't hang out...

I have a male friend who's the same age, and he lives with his fiancée who decided to get married after filing the legal paperwork and saving up money. Both he and I are extroverts, but I'm practically forced to only go out at dawn due to panic attacks... Even then, I just put on earphones and go out to a nearby bar...
