Thoughts on ADC Jhin

Going for the Youmuu's + Rapid Firecannon + Fleet Footwork + Duskblade build on ADC Jhin, but the movement speed isn't as high as I expected, and the damage falls off so much that I can't even farm minions. -> Is there something that prevents the movement speed from stacking? -> Is the damage low because I went Youmuu's + Fleet Footwork? I don't think removing the Gathering Storm rune or Youmuu's as the first item would make a big difference. -> Even with Youmuu's, Jhin is a champion with good movement speed and damage when ahead, but since the laning phase against champions like Kai'Sa ends up being so even, I can't even compare the damage output. Champions like Samira can go 2v1 or even 4v1 without a support, but I guess I had high expectations for Jhin after the buffs. Conclusion: Don't play ADC Jhin in solo queue this season. It's frustrating.
