Which character should I raise?

I've leveled up my characters like Eva, Lilith aa74?, Eva R v, and Eva to 100, and I've been consistently enhancing their gear, but they're still really weak... I don't know how to train and raise them ㅠㅠㅠㅜ They keep dying and I've already spent over 40,000 diamonds ㅠ
