[Demo Review] Steam 2D Dot-Scrolling Shooter Project Revenant

A game that appropriately blends 2D dot-scrolling and shooting game elements.. It's a college student graduation project available for free on Steam.. It feels like they're playtesting before release after refining it a bit more. It's a shooting game where you eliminate enemies with a mouse pointer like in FPS.. It's quite unique.. ㅋㅋ It's fun.. but.. you die in one hit and restart from the checkpoint.. so it's on the difficult side.. a control game.. I haven't played it with a controller.. but.. it feels like it should be played with a keyboard and mouse.. aiming.. hmm.. I don't know how much controller assist there will be.. but as a controller player, I'd probably aim with the R-stick.. which might slightly lower the difficulty.. Other than that, the overall game atmosphere was good. The use of pixel art also made it a game that would appeal to dot art enthusiasts.. If you enjoyed games like Ghosts 'n Goblins, you might have fun with this.. ㅋㅋ For gamers who want an easy play.. well.. the entry barrier might be a bit high..? ㅋㅋ
