Tanks are important for their level, but initially, pay attention to the bonuses from collectibles. Collectibles are in the buildings within your camp. Tanks are also in your camp. There's a set of collectibles that can provide bonuses to your tanks. You can exchange tanks from events and the Black Tide. The key is the enhancement of Chaos Attack bonuses. It's recommended not to apply this to the blue ones. F2P players can probably max out only about 2 tanks. Red S+ is the best, but it's not easy to star them up. For collectibles, it's recommended to choose those with bonuses. Later on, there will be many treasure chests where you can choose yourself.

The hero you get at the start of the game is a blue male hero. You can get purple heroes from events, and of course, the most important ones are the orange heroes you can exchange for in events and the shop. When choosing a hero, it's best to pair them with their weapon. Also, match their elemental damage. To give a simple example, if you have a rifle-type hero with wind element, and you give them a wind-element rifle, they'll get bonus damage from both the wind element and the rifle. However, if you only give them the rifle, they'll only get the rifle's bonus damage, losing the wind element damage bonus. But if you give them a different weapon of a different element, they won't get any bonus at all. Therefore, hero, weapon, and element are indispensable. This is how you achieve maximum damage and effects.

The Pulse Cannon, also known as the Rocket Launcher, is the limit for free-to-play players. Clearing around 100 stages is the goal, and it takes about 20 days. Assault rifle in the early game, Rocket Launcher in the late game. Joining a guild is a must. I recommend following the top spender. The key point is after cross-server opens, you'll constantly have your mines stolen, and your cargo stolen in the Black Tide. So, new servers in the later stages will see a rapid player drop-off.
