To all viewers, I received a reply today regarding the hidden quest issue I emailed customer service about last time. It was incredibly touching. After customer service handled it, I was able to claim my reward. Thanks to customer service, praise customer service.

The official team will always handle this part, so there shouldn't be any issues.

Go to the second page of playio, look for the hidden mission under the action missions, you can usually complete it. I just played a game on the first page and kept failing to complete the mission for the game I just played. Turns out I was entering from the wrong direction, otherwise I would have been stuck forever.

I saw on other forums, it seems to be a wording issue, usually you need to clear the target stage, not just reach it.
