Capybaras and Otters Are Different
Capybaras and otters are two distinct families of semi-aquatic animals: Capybaras are the world's largest rodents (herbivorous, like giant guinea pigs with almost no visible tail), while otters belong to the weasel family (carnivorous, with sleek bodies and long, cylindrical tails). Key Differences Comparison Family: Capybara: Rodentia (closely related to rats and guinea pigs). Otter: Carnivora, Mustelidae family (closely related to weasels and ferrets). Diet: Capybara: Herbivorous, eats grasses and aquatic plants. Otter: Carnivorous, primarily eats fish, crustaceans, and frogs. Appearance and Tail: Capybara: Huge, barrel-shaped body with a tail that is almost completely vestigial. Otter: Streamlined body with a long, flexible tail used as a rudder while swimming. Temperament and Behavior: Capybara: Extremely docile and social, often coexisting peacefully with other animals. Otter: Intelligent, energetic, and possesses agile hunting skills.

Capybaras seem kinda dumb, like they'd easily go extinct from predators. Otters are smart though. I guess the only common thing is 'water' in their names?
