Fourth time contacting support, finally got a human?
According to the official statement (Image 1), I've been getting too many comments banned recently, which is the main reason I haven't received my revenue share. After reading this, my mood was truly (Image 2) ??? Normally, I wouldn't bother arguing with support when a legitimate comment gets banned by mistake, but they said it wasn't a misjudgment because I was banned too many times (┛ಸ_ಸ)┛彡┻━┻ The key point is that the creator's terms don't mention comments. Could the 'watchman disciplinary action' clause refer to comments? (Image 3) is the reply from the third support contact, and (Image 4) is the creator's terms, which have some differences. The first and second support contacts both sent me the content of (Image 4), but the third one seemed to have a bit of human touch. However, the official judgment content has been modified. The original revenue share policy content hasn't been changed though... 🫠🫠🫠🫠🫠🫠 For now, after I finish the event, I might consider engaging with the community depending on my mood. It's too exhausting. (The image order seems to be messed up. I only noticed after posting, not sure how it looks now.)

If your previous posts or comments weren't problematic (like excessive repetition or emojis), could you keep them and provide screenshots to them, asking what exactly the issue is? I once got my comments banned for no reason on another platform, and I directly complained to customer service like this. My complaint was roughly like this:

His official reply is also problematic. He means that problematic comments were deleted, causing the overall profit share to fall below the minimum standard, so profits won't be distributed. But you posted so many articles and comments, there's no way it would fall below the standard no matter how many were deleted. He's not answering the question.

I'll keep the recent comments and posts. Organize them, check the content yourself, and if there are no issues, show it to customer service. If you pinpoint the real problem, you might get your gems back.

My post was deleted once. It was about someone inexplicably attacking a stray cat. I don't know why I got locked out, and I was worried if it was because I wrote too explicitly or named names. So, afterwards, when I shared news, I made sure to be very vague. But ❗❗❗❗ I saw someone post the same news as me, and they directly included names and clear photos, and it even got featured on the explore page❗ And this happened with two different news articles (different content) in the same situation. So I thought it must be because I used some forbidden word... For the post about the 'fur baby' being locked, I wrote 'I was born in 19999'. I used the last two characters (I wanted to use a homophone because I know it sounds bad if said directly), but the post still got locked. Yesterday or the day before, someone commented on my post, mentioning 'ㄐ'. That girl (the two characters combined), and her comment disappeared. I couldn't find it at all. I even asked the person if they deleted the comment, but they said no... So, did you also type something taboo? Forgive my misplaced punctuation, because I don't want to get locked either...🥲🥲
