Playio Ghost Story

Since my action quest rewards weren't triggering automatically, after reaching level 100, I sent an email with screenshots to customer support in the middle of the night. I inquired about the level 10 reward, and surprisingly, I got a response saying, 'Level 10 reward quest completed!' When I asked about the next level's reward, I received another completion reply after a while! 'It's midnight, who could it be...' While wondering, I sent a third inquiry and then stopped receiving replies. At 9:30 AM, a human agent replied, stating I could claim all rewards. So, the one at midnight must have been an AI! And it was a bit dumb, only able to reply one by one 😂
