Here's a strategy for clearing Stage 15. I placed 2-3 scatter shots at the very front, followed by three rocket launchers. The remaining slots were filled with units that boost attack speed and health regeneration. For attributes, I chose increased rocket damage, increased scatter shot range and hit count, and knockback. You can also select increased damage to bosses, as sometimes even with a good lineup, you might run out of time in later stages. Another great option I found is a +1.5% damage bonus for every monster on the field, which is quite effective. With the boss at the front and a horde of small monsters behind, you can activate berserk mode to deal maximum damage.
