Got stuck after watching an ad
Is anyone else experiencing this? Sometimes when I watch an ad to get energy, the 'X' or double-arrow symbol to close the ad doesn't appear in the top right or top left corner.

I get that too. Anything that shows this hand at the end can't be closed. And it only freezes after playing to the very end, it's so annoying 🙄

Mine just goes to a black screen or the game closes by itself.

Ahhh, I get that too! What should we do? Sometimes it gets so bad I have to restart the game just to keep playing. All that double trophy time is wasted, and I can't even get the high-tier bubble rewards... Not getting energy is one thing, but the other two are infuriating 😭😭😭

Does clicking into playio and then into the game help?
